Monday, July 6

8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Interview judging of ALL 4–H static exhibits except Foods and Gardening, Madison County Fairgrounds

1:00 PM-7:00 PM- OPEN CLASS ONLY: Exhibit Check In for non-perishable and perishable items. This will coincide with the 4-H judging day of some of the static exhibits, but no judging will occur for Open Class items.

Tuesday, July 7

8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. 4–H Interview Judging of Foods and Gardening, 4–H Building

2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. 4–H / FFA Assigned Stalls and Pens Available for: Horse and Livestock, except Lactating Dairy and Feeder Calves, Small Animals, except Dog, Cat, or Companion Animal.

No Trailers are allowed to enter the grounds after 5pm.

8:00 AM -11:00 AM- OPEN CLASS ONLY: Exhibit check in all exhibits. Exhibits received after 11:00 A.M. will be displayed but not judged.

1:00 PM – Open Class Judging and 4-H Building set up.

5:00 PM – 11:00 PM – 4-H Building Open

7:30 p.m. MID–STATES CHAMPIONSHIP RODEO, Grandstand Arena

9:00 p.m.-12:00 p.m. Dance, Activity Center

Wednesday, July 8 – 4–H Day at the Fair

All Livestock, Horses, and Small Animals Must Be in Place by Noon (refer to General Rule #3) Except for lactating Dairy, Feeder Calves, Dog, Cat, and Wild Game.

9:00 a.m. Swine Check-in / Weigh-in

10:00 a.m. 4–H / FFA Dog Show & Open Class Show, TBA

10:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. 4–H Building Open

10:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. Open Class Building Open

12:00 p.m. – All Animals must be in place.

1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Sheep and Goats Check-in / Weigh-in 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Bucket Calf Check-in / Weigh-in

2:00 p.m. Beef Cattle, Breeding Beef, and Market Beef Check-in / Weigh-in

4:00 p.m. 4–H Livestock Judging Contest, South Side of Livestock Arena

6:00 – 10:00 p.m. Heart of America Carnival Open

7:10 p.m. 4–H Members meet by 4–H Office to walk to the Grandstand for introduction prior to the rodeo; wear your 4–H T–shirt.

7:30 p.m. MID–STATES CHAMPIONSHIP RODEO & 4–H NIGHT, Grandstand Arena
