8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Interview judging of ALL 4–H static exhibits except Foods and Gardening, Madison County Fairgrounds
1:00 PM-7:00 PM- OPEN CLASS ONLY: Exhibit Check In for non-perishable and perishable items. This will coincide with the 4-H judging day of some of the static exhibits, but no judging will occur for Open Class items.
Tuesday, July 7
8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. 4–H Interview Judging of Foods and Gardening, 4–H Building
2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. 4–H / FFA Assigned Stalls and Pens Available for: Horse and Livestock, except Lactating Dairy and Feeder Calves, Small Animals, except Dog, Cat, or Companion Animal.
No Trailers are allowed to enter the grounds after 5pm.
8:00 AM -11:00 AM- OPEN CLASS ONLY: Exhibit check in all exhibits. Exhibits received after 11:00 A.M. will be displayed but not judged.
1:00 PM – Open Class Judging and 4-H Building set up.
5:00 PM – 11:00 PM – 4-H Building Open
