The Madison County Agriculture Society holds their regular monthly meetings on the third Monday of each month. The meetings are held in the McLeb Building on the fairgrounds at 7:00PM. All meetings are open to the public and follow Nebraska open meeting laws and Roberts Rule of Order.
Each meeting allows Public Comment
This is an opportunity for the public to speak about items on the agenda. Members of the public
desiring to address the body must identify himself or herself, including an address and the name of any
organization represented by such person. Any member of the public shall have three (3) minutes,
individually, to address the body. The time allotment for any individual’s public address may be
extended on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the President of the Board.

A running agenda is kept at the fairgrounds office and available for inspection during posted office hours. A final agenda is uploaded below by close of office the Friday before meeting.

Meeting Minutes are available for inspection at the fairgrounds office during posted office hours within 10 business days of the meeting date. A final copy of meeting minutes uploaded below after finalized at monthly meeting.
